We work with adults experiencing a range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression and mood disorders, maternal mental health concerns, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, boundaries and self-esteem, stress, and major life transitions.
Because every person’s experience is different, therapy is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. The first session is the beginning of understanding where you are and where you’d like to go.

Yes. Reframe You works with a variety of insurance plans and networks, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, Point32Health, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare, along with a number of employer-sponsored and third-party health plans.

For clients using insurance, your cost is determined by your individual benefits. Private-pay clients will receive clear information about session fees and payment expectations before beginning therapy.
Visit our Fees & Insurance page for additional information.
