We work with adults experiencing a range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression and mood disorders, maternal mental health concerns, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, boundaries and self-esteem, stress, and major life transitions.
Because every person’s experience is different, therapy is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. The first session is the beginning of understanding where you are and where you’d like to go.
-
Finding the right therapist is personal. Each therapist brings their own experience, areas of focus, personality, and approach to the work.
You can learn more about Haley and Thomas on our Therapists page. If you’re not sure who may be the best fit, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Reach out and we can help you determine the best next step.

Yes. Reframe You works with a variety of insurance plans and networks, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, Point32Health, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare, along with a number of employer-sponsored and third-party health plans.
Insurance participation varies by therapist, state, and individual plan. Being insured by one of these companies does not necessarily mean your specific plan is in network.
We recommend verifying your benefits before beginning therapy. We’ll help you understand the verification and billing process, but your insurance company ultimately determines coverage and your financial responsibility.

Possibly. Some clients are eligible for a limited number of therapy sessions through an Employee Assistance Program.

-
The amount you pay depends on whether you are using insurance, EAP benefits, or private pay.
For clients using insurance, your cost is determined by your individual benefits. Private-pay clients will receive clear information about session fees and payment expectations before beginning therapy.
Visit our Fees & Insurance page for additional information.

Session length may vary depending on your therapist, insurance or EAP requirements, and your treatment needs. Your therapist will review the appropriate session length with you before or at the beginning of treatment.
-
The frequency of therapy depends on your needs, goals, progress, and your therapist’s clinical recommendations. Many clients begin with regular appointments and adjust the frequency over time as their needs change.
You and your therapist will discuss a schedule that makes sense for your treatment.
-
Your first session is an opportunity for you and your therapist to begin getting to know one another. You’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, relevant history, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. The first session is the beginning of understanding where you are and where you’d like to go.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a $150 fee, which is not billable to insurance.
Consistent attendance is an important part of therapy. After two consecutive cancellations, a recurring appointment time may be released from the schedule.
